The response to our new book, Extraordinary Breath, has been overwhelmingly positive! Thank you for your support in purchasing this short, colorful primer on increasing health, happiness and and tranquility.

Walter and Ursi told us a wonderful story during our Rubbo Art of Energy workshop on Five Element Balancing in Trogen, Switzerland last month. Walter and Ursi, joyful and inquisitive, have been studying with us for several years now, attending our workshops and retreats in Switzerland and Italy. Walter and Ursi had learned the Extraordinary Breath technique last year at our June retreat at Centro d’ Ompio, Lago d’ Orta, Italy, and they practice the breathwork on a regular basis.

They are a retired couple who love to hike and especially love to travel, and this past January found them high in the Peruvian Andes on a mountaineering vacation.

Walter and Ursi were trekking up the mountain, coasting along at a pretty good pace, and at around 3,000 meters (about 10,000 feet) they came upon a young couple in distress who were suffering from severe altitude sickness and unable to move. They were traveling through steep, arduous terrain which was inaccessible to helicopters and vehicles, and far from medical help.

Walter and Ursi immediately sat down and taught this young couple the Extraordinary Breath technique, the One-Part, Two-Part and Three-Part Breath work. By the next day the couple had recovered enough from their altitude sickness that they passed Walter and Ursi on the trek and finished their climb!

We are so delighted that, like ripples from a pebble tossed into a pond, our work is bringing benefit to people all over the world!
